To apply for Summer 2021, email your resume and a 1- to 2-page policy brief (or writing sample) to Program Manager Lisa Moreland Allred by February 12, 2021.
O’Hanlon and Lisa Allred will screen candidates. Selected candidates with participate
in a panel interview comprised of Delaware local government managers.
