She has managed and served as a principal investigator on research projects to improve mobility and interconnectivity, advance sustainable land use and transportation planning, foster mobility-friendly design, healthy and complete communities, and improve transportation equity and multi-modal transportation opportunities. Ms. Scott developed a framework to plan for Complete Communities in Delaware, in collaboration with the Delaware Department of Transportation and Office of State Planning Coordination. She oversaw the development of content and visual tools for the online <a href="https://www.completecommunitiesde.org/">Delaware Complete Communities Planning Toolbox</a>, which provides resources for Delaware local government to plan for "attractive, inclusive, healthy & resilient places." A collection of "Implementing Complete Communities in Delaware" GIS Story Maps may be viewed on <a href="https://goo.gl/PgeDAK">an online gallery</a> and YouTube videos may be viewed on the <a href="https://goo.gl/7wo9Vg">Complete Communities channel</a>.<br></p><p>Ms. Scott has made presentations at the 2018 Women in Transportation Seminar (WTS) annual conference, 2017/2014 Annual Meetings of the Transportation Research Board (TRB), the 2018 Delaware APA conference and the 2016/2014 regional conferences of the Delaware/Maryland American Planning Association (APA).
