During the 2017 General Assembly, Emma was a legislative fellow staffing the House Education and House Housing and Community Affairs Committees. After graduation, Emma accepted a position as research analyst at the Delaware Prosperity Partnership, where she leveraged research to develop strategies to attract companies, help existing companies grow, and support entrepreneurial activity in the state. </p><p>She has a BA in International Relations and Spanish Studies also from the University of Delaware.
