What is the standing committee currently working on?
The Biden School Standing Committee on Diversity and Inclusion is partnering with the University of Delaware Office of Institutional Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion to identify University-level improvements on which we can engage.
The committee is also working to identify immediate, mid-term, and long-term action items for implementation within the school. Additionally, the committee is working out the details of several aspects of a DEI Climate Survey (e.g., survey content, survey administration, etc.)
