The MPP at the Biden School is unique in that it allows you to get greater depth in the policy area of your choice. To provide students the opportunity to prepare for the career they want, working closely with their academic advisor, students choose three graduate-level courses from throughout the university that speak to their policy area of interest. Students complete the capstone experience in their final spring semester of the program.
Students complete a non-credit internship, ideally during the summer between the 2 years of the program. This requirement can be waived for part-time or mid-career students.
