Admission to Undergraduate Programs

To declare leadership, energy and environmental policy, or public policy as your major, log into UDSIS from the University of Delaware homepage and complete the Change of Academic Program form.

You will be notified of your new faculty advisor and their contact information when you receive confirmation of your chan​ge of academic program. You are encouraged to schedule a meeting or come to their office hours for an initial advising session. If you have questions about your advisor, please contact staff in the Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy and Administration undergraduate programs office in 182 Graham Hall, or call 302-831-8711.

Please note: Students must have a minimum GPA of 2.0 to change their major to energy and environmental policy, organizational and community leadership, or public policy.

If you are a UD undergraduate student who wants to transfer into a Biden School major, please know that we accept and review applications throughout the year.
