Application materials include:

A completed University of Delaware graduate application. Begin your online application here. You should select spring of the upcoming year (your junior year) as the application term.
Complete the Graduate Course Approval for 4+1 Application form. This form must be submitted with all necessary signatures when you submit your application. You will need to collect signatures from your undergraduate advisor and graduate Program Director. If you are an Honors student, you need to collect a signature from the Honors College as well.
Three letters of recommendation (at least one from a faculty member in the student's undergraduate program).
A current resume.
A comprehensive UD unofficial undergraduate transcript.
A statement of personal interests and objectives.
