Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy and Administration offers several paths for undergraduate students interested in making a difference in the world through public affairs, public policy, and effective leadership. Our faculty include experienced government and nonprofit professionals as well as leading researchers across a variety of disciplines. This unique group of dedicated faculty give our students a variety of perspectives so that they can approach the challenges of today's world with a well-rounded, practical, innovative education.
Energy & Environmental Policy
Provides students with cross-disciplinary knowledge and analytical skills to address local, national, and global energy and environmental issues. Students gain an understanding of underlying policy and economic frameworks, as well as scientific and engineering concepts, for the analysis of energy and environmental issues.
Organizational & Community Leadership
Interactive program that combines communication, business, creativity, policy, decision-making, innovation, strategic planning, and project management to prepare students to lead in public, private, government, and community organizations. Honors degree option is available.
Drawing on may disciplines including law, economics, political science, sociology, history, urban studies, geography, and environmental studies, students learn how to formulate, evaluate, and promote policy options that can make a difference in their cities, nation, and the world.
