Applying to Biden School Programs
As an international student, you will complete the same application process as domestic students to be considered for admission into any Biden School of Public Policy & Administration graduate program. You can access the online application through the Apply Now page.
Please keep in mind that all application materials must be submitted online, including your unofficial transcripts, exam scores, and letters of recommendation. Please do not mail paper copies of any application materials unless a Biden School faculty or staff member specifically instructs you to do so.
English Language Testing
The TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) is
required of all international applicants (unless your country of
residency has English as an official language or you already have been issued a higher education
degree earned from an institution in a country with English as an
official language). A minimum score of 600 (paper-based test), or 100
(TOEFL iBT) is generally required for consideration for admission. Some
programs prefer a score of 105 for the TOEFL iBT. Biden School does not accept
