The increases in unemployment and financial hardship brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic has led to concerns about increased levels of eviction and homelessness. During this webinar, Stephen Metraux presented findings about the nature and extent of such housing needs specifically in Delaware. The following panelists then provided their input on upcoming housing need in Delaware:
- Anas Ben Addi, Director, Delaware State Housing Authority
- Ann Aviles, H.O.M.E.S. Campaign and Assistant Professor in Human Development and Family Sciences, University of Delaware
- Michelle Taylor, Director, United Way of Delaware
The conversation was moderated by Sean O'Neill, Policy Scientist at the Institute for Public Administration.
This event was presented by the Center for Community Research & Service and the Institute for Public Administration at the Biden School for Public Policy and Administration at the University of Delaware.
