In the first session of the Delaware Affordable Housing Webinar Series:
Eugene Young, Jr., Director of the Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA), will share his insights on Delaware’s affordable housing landscape and DSHA’s priorities to address affordable rental housing challenges.
After Director Young’s presentation, key themes will be discussed by the following panel of respondents:
- Dr. Stephen Metraux, Director of the Center for Community Research & Service and Associate Professor at the Biden School of Public Policy & Administration at the University of Delaware
- Shyanne Miller, Campaign Manager of Building People Power, Metropolitan Wilmington Urban League
- Sarah Rhine, Policy Director, Housing Alliance Delaware
- Sean Kelly, Executive Vice President of Development, LNWA
