Cristina M. Stanica, Ph.D. Candidate in the Biden School of Public Policy and Administration, has been awarded the 2019 David Gould Scholarship by the Section for International and Comparative Administration (SICA). She will receive her award during the SICA Annual Business Meeting on Saturday, March 9, from 7:30-8:45 am in the New York room, as part of the American Society for Public Administration's (ASPA) Annual Conference in Washington D. C.
This Scholarship Program is named in honor of David Gould who was an active SICA member (https://aspasica.wordpress.com/) and long-time professor of public administration at the University of Pittsburgh. He was among those killed in the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland, December 21, 1988. Learn more here
