The Legislative Fellows Program, a partnership of more than 30
years between the University of Delaware and the Delaware General
Assembly, is managed by the School of Public Policy &
Administrations Institute for Public Administration (IPA). This years
program is even more special since there is a piloting partnership with
Delaware State University, offering students from both universities the
opportunity to observe and contribute to the governmental
decision-making process.
The 2012 roster of Legislative Fellows students are:

2. Lauren Corcoran Undergraduate triple majoring in
Political Science, History, and European Studies with a minor in Spanish
Studies
3. Kathryn Evinger Undergraduate double majoring in Political Science and Womens Studies with a minor in History
4. Rachel Giattino Undergraduate double majoring in International Relations and History with a minor in Economics
5. Wilson Gualpa Undergraduate majoring in Political
Science with a concentration in Public Law with a minor in Economics
6. Samantha Holsey Delaware State University undergraduate
majoring in Political Science with minors in Law Studies and Philosophy
7. Kalyn McDonough Undergraduate majoring in Urban Affairs and Public Policy with a minor in Black American Studies
8. Stacie Mesuda Undergraduate majoring in Political Science with minors in Legal Studies and History
9. Stephanie Patterson Second-year Master of Public Administration (MPA) student specializing in Health Policy
10. Donald Roberts Undergraduate majoring in Political Science with a minor in Political Communication
11. Abigail Stollar Undergraduate majoring in Mass Communication with minors in Political Science and Journalism

The 12 Legislative Fellows will commence their work at Legislative
Hall in Dover on Tuesday, January 10, 2012. During their tenure, the
Fellows will be working directly with legislators to respond to
constituent concerns, conduct nonpartisan research on cutting-edge
public policy issues, and staff committees.
