Did you know that 90 percent of Delaware's waterways are not considered fishable or swimmable?
Martha Narvaez, policy scientist within the Institute for Public Administration's Water Resources Center, had the opportunity to narrate the Delaware Nature Society's "What is a Watershed?" video, a short and educational look into how important the health of local watersheds is in our day-to-day lives.
