Dr. Suprawee Tepsuporn, Senior Assistant Dean for Graduate Professional Development, will offer negotiation strategies to use during the job application process.
Dr. Suprawee Tepsuporn currently serves as senior assistant dean for graduate professional development at the University of Delaware Graduate College. In this role, she oversees University-wide graduate professional development portfolio aimed at fostering holistic successes of graduate students and postdoctoral trainees.
Prior to University of Delaware, Dr. Tepsuporn advised and mentored graduate students and postdocs at various academic institutions in the Boston-Cambridge area. Dr. Tepsuporn is an immunologist at heart. She completed her postdoctoral training in Oncology at AstraZeneca, earned her PhD in Immunology from Harvard University, and is a proud graduate of Mount Holyoke College.
