The Institute for Public Administration (IPA) is pleased to announce the launch of its brand new website, a cross-college collaboration spearheaded by IPA Policy Specialist Sarah Pragg featuring an award-winning database, a brand new student job and internship database, and more.
Website Overview
IPA's updated website combines all of the important resources of its predecessor with new technology and resources to make for a comprehensive browsing experience for students, staff, and faculty alike.
Below are some highlights of what users can do on the new website:
IPA Publications Database
The new website features a searchable publications database with the opportunity to filter results by the following public service areas: economic development, energy and environment, historic preservation, public policy, transportation and infrastructure, education, health, public administration and management, smart cities and global urbanization, and urban and regional planning.
IPA Project Archive
A comprehensive archive of IPA projects past and present is also available on the new website. Complete with search functionality, the IPA Project Archive allows users to filter projects by category.
Student Job and Internship Opportunities Board
In addition to a revamped and updated Student Opportunities section, the new IPA website is pleased to partner with the School of Public Policy and Administration (SPPA) in spearheading the brand new student job and internship opportunities board. Complete with current job and internship listings, this new feature allows students and alumni to browse opportunities related to public policy and administration.
Employers, faculty, staff, students, and friends of IPA and SPPA are encouraged to submit related job and internship opportunities for inclusion in this job board. For consideration, please email Lisa Moreland with relevant links, job/internship postings, and information on how to apply.
