As part of its goal to showcase what Governor John Carney calls "the diversity of Delaware's innovation economy," the Delaware Business Times publishes the Innovation Delaware Magazine to showcase a variety of the state's companies that are leading the nation in their industries when it comes to innovative ideas.
The Biden School's Troy Mix, associate director of the Institute for Public Administration (IPA), is featured in the 2019 release's article on financial technology (or fintech) and its role in the First State. "The fintech future appears to be bright for Delaware," according to Mix, who recently served on a team of researchers that worked collaboratively with the Delaware Prosperity Partnership and the First State Fintech Lab to publish Delaware in a Fintech Future, a report highlighting Delaware's role in the rapidly changing financial services industry.
