In the second session of the Delaware Affordable Housing Webinar Series, Michelle Taylor, President & CEO,United Way of Delaware, will lead a discussion on new research on the challenges faced by those in Delaware who are “Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed (ALICE).”
This webinar will examine the interrelationships between housing and other policy areas that affect individual and community stability and opportunity in Delaware.Our panelists will focus on the interplay between housing, education, public health, and transportation:
- Ann Aviles, Housing Advocate & UD Associate Professor
- Tim Gibbs, Executive Director, Delaware Academy of Medicine/Delaware Public Health Association
- Marilyn Smith, Executive Director, Dover/Kent County Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO)
