In this episode of First State Insights, Dr. Bill Provine, President and CEO of the Delaware Innovation Space, joins Troy Mix, Associate Director at the University of Delaware's Institute for Public Administration (IPA), and Cara Gannon, a Public Administration Fellow at IPA, to discuss the ongoing partnership of DuPont, the State of Delaware, and the University of Delaware in developing the Delaware Innovation Space as an entrepreneurial incubator.
