We are excited to welcome Becky McColl and Erin Lynch to the Center for Community Research & Service professional staff as assistant policy scientists! Both Erin and Becky will be working in the Medicaid Research Program on various projects. Erin will also assist with the Kids Count in Delaware Program.
Erin has an Honors B.S. in Organizational and Community Leadership from the University of Delaware and an M.S. in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the staff of the Center for Community Research and Service, she worked in classrooms and in policy settings to promote positive outcomes in child and family well-being, health, education, youth development, and community empowerment. She is passionate about using data-driven advocacy to effectively create change.
Becky received her Master's degree in Urban Affairs and Public Policy from the University of Delaware in 2017. After graduating, she spent two years as a policy research analyst at the University of Maryland's School of Social Work, where she researched and reported on welfare issues, primarily Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF). Her research interests center around social programs that impact families and children.
Please join us in welcoming Becky & Erin to our CCRS team and to the Biden School!
