The ASPA Founders Fellows program recognizes outstanding students and new professionals in the field of public service and public administration. Following a competitive review process, Founders Fellows present their scholarship during the ASPA Annual Conference, receive substantial professional development and networking opportunities, and are paired with a seasoned scholar or practitioner who serves as their mentor for their Fellowship year. Cimone Philpotts, 3rd Year Doctoral Student and Professor in the Biden School of Public Policy and Administration (SPPA) was accepted into this prestigious and highly selective program to represent the University of Delaware along with 19 other scholars and practitioners from across the nation. Cimone was also selected as one of ASPA's International Young Scholars in 2017. Past University of Delaware Founders' Fellows are Cristina Stanica (2018) Kendra Brumfield (2013) and Rachel Linstead Goldsmith (2013)
