Applications for next year's enrollment in 4+1 programs are due on December 1. You must apply in the fall of your junior undergraduate year in order to complete the program on time.
Required Application Materials
Application materials include:
- A completed University of Delaware graduate application. Begin your online application here. You should select spring of the upcoming year (your junior year) as the application term.
- Three letters of recommendation (at least one from a faculty member in the student's undergraduate program).
A current resume.
A comprehensive UD unofficial undergraduate transcript.
A statement of personal interests and objectives.
Biden School Supplementary Information Form.
- GRE scores.*
*Applicants must take the GRE prior to application. The
GRE requirement may be waived by the graduate program
director for those with a GPA of 3.5 and above. If requesting a waiver, please complete the GRE waiver request form and submit it as a supplemental document with your application. Please note that the admissions committee may deny your request upon review of your application, and may ask for GRE scores prior to making an admissions decision.
