The Community Development Institute Mid-Atlantic will be offered Monday July 24 - Thursday July 27, 2023 at the Community Education Building located at 1200 N. French Street in Wilmington, Delaware.

In 2023, Year 1 and 2 curriculum​ will be offered. ​​Please note that participants must move through the program sequentially - to attend Year 2, attendees must have completed Year 1. Likewise, to attend Year 3 (offered 2024 and beyond), attendees must have completed both Years 1 and 2. If you are looking to register as a Year 3 participant in 2023​, please consider another CDI site​.

  • Late registration fee of $650 available from June 30, 2023 to July 14, 2023 (registration deadline)

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

We will offer a full refund on or before June 30, 2023 and then a 50% refund from July 1 - July 14, 2023. No refunds will be offered after July 14, 2023 except in cases of sickness or emergency.​
