Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Delaware. Dr. Metraux has done extensive research on homelessness, and associations between homeless and various services systems, including behavioral health, veterans, criminal justice and child welfare. His research uses administrative services data as a basis for understanding dynamics of multi-system services use.
