This course focuses on advanced land use law in Delaware and expands upon the material presented in our introduction to land use law course. <br><br><div>This course will highlight the recent land use case law from the past year that may affect municipalities statewide. Participants will learn about both national court decisions and Delaware court decisions affecting local land use.</div><div><br></div><div>This session qualifies for credit toward the Certificate in Local Government Leadership and the Certificate for Planning Education.
